Ah, the alternating tribulation. ;)

Yeah it seems like we're getting around to the same sorts of subjects pretty
regularly regardless. :)

Oh for sure it couldn't be any worse than that. I mean hopefully I'm not
jinxing myself but that store was in a _really_ horrible state due to the
reason that it was new, and the kinks hadn't been ironed out yet. Plus it was
almost a half hour commute, which is too much in a vehicle that needs to be
used as little as possible to keep it viable as an emergency escape route,
should that be necessary in the future. If anything, my guess is that it would
at least be somewhat better due to the proximity of it. Got that 2nd job
referral just a little bit farther away in the other direction now, too. I'm
gonna try to get to at least one of the places today to drop off my infoz.
Anyway about that emergency escape route bit... It probably sounds a little
premature at this point, but my roomie is having the same sort of issues and is
considering moving back to the east coast as a potential way to stay off of the
street, as well. So I'm basically planning to try to head to Arizona, if my
invite is still open there, should that happen here. I really hope it doesn't
come to that, and I'm going to do everything in my power to keep it from
happening, but 50% of it is kind of out of my hands at this point.
DAG>> the end of this month my savings will be gone. :(
NB> Not so good...
Nope. No hours in sight till December-February on the contract work, either.
As it stands right now I actually don't even have enough to cover rent &
utilities at the end of this month. Things have not gone very well.
DAG>> I was finally able to re-find my son's phone now, too. Which

NB> But that's very good... ;)
Yeah it should help him get out for things like basketball practice on the
days that I don't do it with him. That's really about all he gets out for
right now, there's just not enough other regular kids around to be able to give
him much of an incentive to want to roam and do his free range thing.
NB> Friends are a good thing... ;) Probably would save some money on the

I don't think they care, but the other kid's mother has a habit of coming in
and wanting to talk and stuff. Kind of makes me pretty ashamed of the quarters
we're living in, but what can I really do? Three people, three _lives_ worth
of stuff all packed into a 1 bedroom apartment tends to make it a bit difficult
to keep up.
I've got a whirlwind planned for sometime this weekend in order to try to
make it a bit farther through some of the cleaning tasks and everything, but it
needs to be when I can focus a day on that and that alone. I think one day
this weekend will probably be filled with that.
