There are bigger than that originated from 1:317/3 in a few file announcing
echos. Over 200k actually. Some of them come thru just ok, but some get broken
somewhere. All those broken ones have 229/426 in @PATH. So..

I netmailed the sysop of 1:317/3 of his file announcing messages but no
answer, yet.
