Yes. You can change everything globally by dumping the config to a text file,
use a text editor to make whatever changes, and import it back.

ie.

DB EXPORT IBJOE.CFG

DB IMPORT IBJOE.CFG

If global-changes need to be done while D'Bridge is running, you can use the 
DBUTIL CHANGE commands.

ie. DBUTIL CHANGE GROUPACCESS A FORWARDTO 10:1/0 10:1/1

..... Will change all group "A" Echomail areas to link to 10:1/0 and 1/1.
