I've tried this on the wwiv ftn hub; and I'm not getting old messages.

Thanks for asking Mark. Don't know if you have had opportunity to upgrade to
newer version; but I've only seen posts made since I've connected to wwivftn.

No old messages.

I did  -R in subject.

And listed areas with + preceeding them in body, as I thought was explained in
discussion.

Areafix responded that I was already subscribed to the echoes.
