I looked at one place up in the hills near Santa Cruz with a barn
converted into a 3 car garage. Oh, it would have been nice.

The barn geometry didn't look right - the building looked deeper than
the interior. There was a workshop area on the side wall revealing an
interior wall that ran the back of the barn. A little digging revealed a
hidden door, and inside the missing space were rows of growlights,
water and drainage systems. It would have come in handy before they
legalized marijuana in California!
