D'Bridge is an MS-DOS application. It may work on 64-bit Windows with the 
NTVDM64 emulator-addon or Dosbox.

On Windows 10 32-bit and 64-bit, you must enable "Legacy NTVDM" via Control 
Panel, Programs, Windows Features. Then you must bring up the properties for 
the command prompt and enable "Legacy console".

I am not familiar with Vbox...
