There was discussion of this in BBS_Carnival awhile ago, the guy from PC-Micro
updated his Netfoss/Netcom stuff to work with Ntvdm64, successfully.

Oracle Virtualbox? I played with that a few times. So... you are running a BBS
in a virtual OS under Windows 64-bit?
