A fix for what appears to be long-standing random "Unable to write log
error #xxxxx" problems; this should be treated as an important update since
this has to do with stable/reliable operation.

Better reporting of packet data when enabled in Config-Basic-Log Packets.
Packets with potential issues will be logged in detail now.
