So in running Dbridge off RLfossil and launching Iniquity I did finally 
figure out what the runtime error I was getting was all about. apparently if 
nothing is loaded (no share no network drivers no BNU etc) DB will start up 
and f2 (local.bat) will envoke the board without any error. However a new 
issue has come up now when I start dbridge it immedatly sees some sort of 
caller and aborting the operation says aborting opperation however it launches
the board anyways then after you hangup dbridge swapps back in and still says 
aborting opperation and hangs there. timer runs still but program is stuck.

Not sure how I mananged that one. any fix before I nuke and start fresh?
There is an issue with running out of conventinal memory on this freedos 
machine. Any config help would be, well helpful :D
