I put a new init string in othermdm.mcf and got something like could not init 
the modem in the log screen.
I reverted the file and get the issue where dbridge loads goes to swap and I 
get that runtime error.

After playing around for a few I figured this much out..

Dbridge will loadup fine and swap to Iq fine (IF) you load nothing but the
packetdriver X00 and RlFossil however with the modem unconfigured :|

With the modem configured you must have only the three things loaded up and 
load iniquity with rlfossil 1st let it init the modem then quit and load 
D'bridge. if you don't do that 1st you get that CD indicator seems like before
DB has even had time to init the modem with &C1

Oh the good news is it works now just have to figure out this one issue or 
make a script to somehow init the modem before loading d'bridge.
