That works:
0K EMS free, 7248K total
Overlay file loaded into EMS memory
MEM: 126484480 pages allocated.

however I do get that runtime error upon loading iniquity. Ill play around 
with that some more when I have time.
May have other stuff loading in my EMS script (pretty sure SHARE is one)

looks like it leaves 326K Conv and 49K upper Memory.


Normal loading with NO ems configured and no DBOVREMS=Y

MEM: 29 pages allocated.

leaves 400k Conv and 55k upper Memory.
