Yes, you can create the semaphores DBRIDGE.RSN (ReScan Netmail) or DBRIDGE.RSE
(ReScan Echomail).

When you see "xxx messages scanned, xxx packed" that refers to Netmail. 

When you see "xxx messages in xxx areas forwarded" that means Echomail.
