- Fix for a rare but possible COM port buffer not being flushed correctly.

- Fix for weird "leftovers" in Config-Packet/Mail.

- Removed the settings "Enforce limits" out of Config-Scheduler, "Create
  username index" and "Use Zonegates" from Config-Nodelist, "Archive Netmail
  kludges" from Config-Packet/Mail.

- No longer necessary to have DBRIDGE.AMR to execute DOS commands after
  mail is received. This file will be automatically erased upon installing
  this update.

- Slight changes to the F1-Help system and user manual.
