New DBUTIL commands:

- DBUTIL EXPORT AREAS.BBS will export an AREAS.BBS file. Use EXPORTZP
  if you need to export this file to show Zones and Points.

- DBUTIL EXPORT AREAS.JTT will export a file containing "Just the tags"
  (Echomail conference names)

- DBUTIL EXPORT AREAS.JTD will export a file containing the Echomail tags
  (conference names), a space, then the Fido *.MSG directories. Passthru
  or non *.MSG areas will be ignored.

- DBUTIL EXPORT AREAS.JTA will export a file containing the Echomail tags
  (conference names), a space, and the ASCII last-accessed date.

- DBUTIL EXPORT AREAS.JFD will export a file containing the Fido *.MSG
  directories only. Passthru or non *.MSG areas will be ignored.
