   That's *exactly* want I just said; although, I didn't say "befoul it";   
   I said that the objective was to "tie him up with investigations"   
   thereby adding confounding factors to his agenda. As the Republicans   
   learned in 1998, impeachment is fairly easy; in 1999, they learned   
   that getting 2/3 of the senate is a whole different bucket of worms.   
   If we drag out an endless series of investigations into anything we   
   can think of, we can accomplish the same thing.
