   WASHINGTON (ABC7) — A 32-year-old mother and her 4-year-old   
   daughter have been reported missing Sunday by police after the   
   two were last seen two days ago in Northwest Washington.   
      
   Authorities say 32-year-old Virginia Corinne Kemp and 4-year-old   
   Arella Kali Kemp were last seen Friday in the 4600 block of   
   Fessenden Street, NW.   
      
   Arella Kali Kemp is described as a white female with a light   
   complexion. She is approximately 3-foot tall and 40 pounds with   
   sandy brown hair and blue eyes and was wearing a multicolored   
   dress.   
      
   Virginia Corinne Kemp is described as a white female with a   
   light complexion. She is 5-foot-1 and weighs 136 pounds with   
   beach blond hair and blue eyes. Police do not have a description   
   of her clothing.   
      
   According to investigators, the mother may be driving a white   
   2020 Hyundai Veloster with the DC license plate GF-6304.   
      
   Metropolitan Police are asking anyone with information on the   
   location of the mother and daughter to contact 202-727-9022 or   
   text 50411.
