   It violates the 14th Amendment according to Democrats.  You can't ask if   
   somone is gay or Trans or BLACK and use that as a reason to limit their   
   placement in a position they are working at.   
      
   If so then shouldn't the first people banned by Democrats from the   
   Capital due to spying and attempting to undermine America, be the   
   Muslims and Chinese....  and the Russians?   
      
   Muslims actually killed Americans, wouldn't that means all Muslims have   
   to be vetted to see if they're connected to the Muslim Brotherhood or   
   some other terrorist group? And wouldn't that mean that BLACKS in the   
   NATIONAL GUARD are suspected by DEMOCRATS of being Marxist #BLM terrorists?   
      
   And wouldn't all the BLACK need to be vetted to find the #BLM terrorists   
   in the armed troops who are now occupying the CAPITAL?
