   The worst thing the USA ever did was allow blacks to settle in   
   the District of Columbia.   
      
   It handed the communist Democrats - they are communists, make no   
   presumptive mistake about it, a racial wedge to continually   
   divide the republic.   
      
   The smartest move would be to totally clean house in DC, move   
   all the minorities to Chicago, Oakland, San Francisco,   
   Minneapolis, Portland and Seattle.  Let those who love these   
   ignorant lazy black cockroaches so much deal with them.   
      
   Statehood would hand them an automatic federal welfare check.   
      
   This cannot be permitted.   
      
   Ever.
