   When you hire based on racial and or sexual discrimination.. you probably   
   aren't going to get the best person for the job....   
      
   But as long as you're a Democrat the color of your skin does matter.. as   
   well as what's between your legs.   
      
   For people that claim to be inclusive.. they are sure good at excluding so
