   The FBI has reportedly opened two investigations into former CIA Director   
   John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey, Justice Department   
   sources told Fox News on Tuesday.   
      
   The investigation into Brennan comes after a new CIA report indicated the   
   former director possibly misled Congress by testifying to the House   
   Judiciary Committee in 2023 that he did not play any role in pushing to   
   include the debunked Steele Dossier in a December 2016 Intelligence   
   Community Assessment (ICA).   
      
   The new CIA report claimed that Brennan did in fact push to include the   
   dossier in the assessment, along with anti-President Donald Trump forces   
   in the FBI.   
      
   The sources told Fox News that CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred   
   evidence of wrongdoing by Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for an   
   investigation, which was received, and an investigation was opened, but   
   did not include further details.   
      
   It is not clear what Comey is being investigated for, but two sources told   
   Fox News that the FBI views his actions with Brennan as a “conspiracy.”   
   Comey also allegedly pushed for the Steele Dossier to be included in the   
   2016 ICA.   
      
   Brennan and Comey have not commented on the reported investigation so far.
