This is the Debate echo, where participants are encouraged to provoke
others.  If a participant fails to do so, that participant needs to go
back to the funny farm and find a different way to get participants to
pull their finger.  Until he or she does it right (getting other
participants to imitate Don Rickles), that participant remains just
