 Another poster said this appeared in the Debate echo. I do not
 see it showing up on Docsplace, which is where I post from.
 Therefor either his provider has a problem, or there is one
 somewhere in between.

 I ask that all who read this echo please check and see of you
 show this in your download. This will help figure out where the
 cross posting, and distortion, is occuring.
