Hello Everybody,

Last week I made a batch of avocado muffins.
The very next day Frank Scheidt, a man 93 years
young, showed up in this forum, telling us all
that he can walk unaided.

Let that be a lesson to you all.

My avocado muffins are healthier than Hillary Clinton's
chocolate chip cookies.  Frank is living proof of that.
