I need some input for the field experiences with SPF usages

1) Are using WCSAP?

    A) YES
    B) NO
    C) IF NO, EXPLAIN (IN SIMPLE REASONS) WHY NOT?

2) Are using SPF (enabled via WCSAP?

    A) YES
    B) NO
    C) IF NO, EXPLAIN (IN SIMPLE REASONS) WHY NOT?

3) What are some special circumstances to watch for if you have SPF 
enabled?  For example, do you need to white list people otherwise SPF 
is broken for them?
