Some minor fixes and enhancements is being done to the Wildcat! 
Web-based Mail component.  Most is internal to prepare for the future.

If you have any suggestions, wish items and/or comments regarding what 
you would like to see done, it would be a good opportunity now to 
suggest them now.  Depending on the complexity and level of required 
testing, we might be able to fit it into the next pending update.
