I was running windows 8 and had to re-install windows 7  which made me do 
a new install via disk Ver 6.4 Build 454.2



1) when installing disk hang at finalizing setup



2) received wcsetup dootnt.dll could not open



3) when using wcstart wcsmtp will not load, so when trying to use command 
prompt to invoke it seems to proceed but no icon shows as running in tray.



any ideas?
