If you are referring to the Connection to AUP Server timing out then that
would generally indicate either:

a) The server was down/unavailable when you attempted to connect

b) There was a temporary network problem at some point in the route between
you and SSI at the time you tried to connect.

If you are encountering a different problem you would need to describe the
issue in greater detail.
