I have an account (my own) that will not log in POP3. It works fine through
the web interface, and can even send email through the SMTP server using
Outlook and the identical credentials (literally, i.e., SMTP is set to use
the POP3 login credential). But, attempts to log in through POP3 are
rejected. All other POP3 users are able to log in (including other accounts
in the same copy of Outlook on the same client machine).
