That is not Zelensky. That is an old law on the books. That would have
happened regrdless of who the leader of Ukraine happens to be.

You might have something similar in Russia.

You are right, Putin is pure evil. It is Russia who invaded Ukraine and Russia
who is responsible for what happened/is happening there.
