      Title: Tuna Steaks w/Pineapple & Tomato Salsa

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 md Tomato; chopped
      8 oz Can pineapple chunks in
           - juice; drained, chopped
      2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
      1    Jalapeno pepper; seeded,
           - minced
      1 tb Minced red onion
    1/2 ts Grated lime peel
      2 ts Lime juice
      4    (4 oz ea) tuna steaks
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
      2 ts Olive oil
 
  For salsa, combine tomato, pineapple, cilantro,
  jalapeno, onion, lime peel, and lime juice in medium
  bowl.
  
  Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large
  nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna; cook 2
  to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired
  degree of doneness. Serve with salsa.
  
  Yield: 4 servings
