           - vanilla pudding mix
           Artificial sweetener = to
    1/3 c  Sugar
    1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
 
  In a large bowl, combine milk and vanilla. In another
  bowl, combine the dry pudding mix, sweetener and nutmeg.
  Whisk in the milk mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until
  serving.
