        pn Black pepper
      2 ts Extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 c  Thin sliced fresh basil
           - leaves
 
  Arrange tomatoes and cheese alternately on plate,
  overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  and drizzle with oil. Scatter basil on top.
