      Title: Hearty Apple-Cranberry Oatmeal

    1/2 c  Milk
    1/2 c  Unsweetened apple juice
    1/2 c  Quick oats (not instant)
      2 tb Sweetened dried cranberries
    1/2 sm Apple; peeled, chopped
    1/8 ts Cinnamon
           Splenda sweetener
 
  In a saucepan, combine milk, apple juice, oats,
  cranberries, chopped apple, and cinnamon. Bring to a
  boil over medium-high heat. Cover pan and reduce heat to
  medium-low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until oatmeal is
  desired consistency, stirring often. Stir in artificial
  sweetener to taste.
  
  Yield: 1 1/4 cup
