      5 tb Cornstarch
      5 tb Water
      3 c  Turkey broth
           Salt & pepper
 
  Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl until blended. Place
  turkey broth in a 1 quart saucepan and bring to a boil
  over medium heat. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to
  the turkey broth, stirring until the gravy is thickened.
  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
