      Title: Leftover Turkey Caesar Salad w/Homemade Croutons

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4 sl (1 oz ea) whole grain bread;
           - in 1/2" cubes
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Dried basil
    1/4 ts Dried rosemary
    1/4 ts Dried thyme
      6 c  Chopped romaine lettuce
      2 c  Chopped cooked turkey
    1/4 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c  Caesar salad dressing
 
  Set oven @ 375oF/190oC.
  
  Combine bread cubes, oil, salt, basil, rosemary, and
  thyme on large baking sheet; gently toss to coat.
  Arrange in single layer. Bake 12 minutes, stirring
  halfway through. Cool completely.
  
  Arrange lettuce on 4 serving plates. Top evenly with
  turkey, croutons, and cheese; drizzle with dressing.
  Serve immediately.
