      Title: Potato-Cauliflower Mash

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      3 c  Water
      2 c  Diced unpeeled Yukon Gold
           - potatoes
     10 oz Frozen cauliflower florets
    1/4 c  Evaporated milk
      2 tb Butter
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
 
  Bring water to a boil in large saucepan. Add potatoes
  and cauliflower; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover
  and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  
  Drain vegetables; place in blender with evaporated milk,
  butter, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping
  side frequently.
  
  Yield: 4 servings
