      Title: Black Bean Dip

      Yield: 10 servings
 
     15 oz Can black beans, undrained
      1 cl Garlic
    1/4 c  Minced green onions
      2 tb Minced parsley
    1/4 c  Roasted red pepper or
           - pimientos
      1 tb Tahini or olive oil
      1 ts Chilli spice mix
      1 tb Lime juice
      1 tb Hot pepper sauce
 
  Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender,
  process until smooth. Serve with vegetables, if desired.
