      Title: Hot Cocoa

      Yield: 5 Servings
 
    1/4 c  Cocoa
      5 tb Sugar
           Dash salt
    1/2 c  Hot water
      3 c  Milk
    1/4 ts Vanilla
 
  Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  Gradually add hot water and boil over medium heat for 2
  minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk. Heat thoroughly,
  stirring frequently.
  
  Do not allow the mixture to boil. Remove from heat and
  stir in vanilla. Serve hot.
  
  Yield: about 3 3/4 cups
  Serving size: 3/4 cup
