Just thought I'd catch you all up.  Cash (rescue beagle) still alive and
well.  Joined just this past month by Mabel Anne, another rescue beagle. 
She's 10-12 years old and deaf as a doorknob but she's sweet.

I know she won't be with us long, but they will be happy years, what they are
of them.
