A 6-pack of Capstar tablets here is just inder $19 including the tax.  Note
that this pack is for dogs and cats weighing from 2-25 pounds.  For the fleas
that may be inside the house, I have some stuff I spray in and around the
kennels to kill them.  I haven't had the itching problem with them that you
describe.  When they do that, there is usually a parasite present.
