|  a perspective on vacination of pets  |

from one of my facebook people on my feed: ALL 27 veterinary universities in the USA are now teaching & endorsing Dr. Dodds' vaccine protocol. Dr. Dodds is not only a vet, she is an immunologist & a world authority in this field. If your vet or an animal facility says your animal(s) NEED to be revaccinated, he/she doesn't know the scientific facts. This simply is not true. Please feel free to share this information with him/her. Also, remember that vaccines are ONLY to be given to perfectly healthy animals. This is stated on the literature that comes with every vial of vaccine. If they have fleas, worms, parasites, or ANYTHING causing them to not feel well, they are NOT to be vaccinated. Animals with allergies or any health condition should never be revaccinated as this damages their immune system even further. Every holistic veterinarian I know believes the auto-immune conditions we're seeing in our animals are the result of repeat & over-vaccination. You may obtain a Vaccine Waiver Consent Form & a Sample Rabies Exemption Letter by contacting the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association at 410-569-0795 or online at http://animalhomeopathy.net/index.html. California law now allows for this. There was a case settled in court, so precedence has been established on this. A dog owner had been notified by his local animal control that his dog had to have another rabies vaccine before they would issue a dog license. His dog had a health issue & couldn't be revaccinated. The authorities wouldn't accept his vet's vaccine waiver letter, so the man took it to court & won. Presently, the same dose is given to all size of dogs. Tiny dogs likeYorkies are given the same dose that is given to 180 lb. dogs & combinationvaccines are given (5 in 1, 7 in 1) routinely. This not only doesn't makesense, it's dangerous & harmful. If you do opt to revaccinate your animal(s),ask your vet about adjusting the dose & only do 1 vaccine at a time (not thecombo types), at least 3-4 weeks apart. I know vets who now give only 50% ofthe usual amount to the small animals; this is the dosage recommended by theholistic vets I know. Hopefully, the days of "same dose for a mouse as for anelephant" will also be a thing of the past. Vaccines must be given 1 at a timeso the immune system can properly process them. When a combo vaccine is givento an animal, their immune system is overdosed, damaged, & cannot properly dowhat it's meant to do. Your animal then doesn't have the proper coverage thatthe vaccine is designed for. Many vets continue to re-vaccinate dogs everyyear for Corona virus. It's impossible for a dog over 6 weeks of age tocontract Corona virus. The Bordatella vaccine only covers 2 of the 8 varieties& it's equivalent to a cold in a human. When your dog's immune system isstrong & they are in good health, they don't catch things like this from otherdogs. A strong immune system is able to fight off disease, viruses & bacteria- the bad guys. If your animal has ever had a badreaction to any vaccine or has any health condition, they should never berevaccinated. Repeat vaccinations will worsen their condition & damage theirimmune system permanently, making them unable to fight the ondition/disease.Preserving their health is so important. We owe it to them to do everything wecan about it. ~ I am on twitter: @thinktank79 on Twitter ~ --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32 * Origin: inlandutopia.dtdns.net - inland utopia bbs (1:218/109) |
