Here's what I get when I try and run Gameserv on my Win/64 mysticBBS setup.

11:11:00 AM  Node 1 (LOGON): Anonymous Running RUNBBS.INI process 11:11:00 AM 
ERROR: DOS doors are not supported on 64bit Windows (unless you install DOSBox
0.73) 11:11:00 AM  Node 1 (LOGOFF): Logging off 
It works great on my VM setup under Win/32
