Quite a while ago (within the last 10 years), I had a couple of Mike Jordan's
doors, and out of curiousity, I found an email address of his and sent him an
email about possibly registering them.  The email address still worked, and he
actually responded and sent me registration codes for all his doors.

Side note: Mike Jordan's BBS (COM-DAT) was local to my area, and his BBS was
one of the ones I called a lot in the early-mid 90s.
