Either level 9 or 10 was the hardest.  I had to run A LOT.  Once I hit Level
11 it was quite easy and the dog catcher was easy enough to beat the first
time without using any real strategy.  Do you know the special keys to
activate the colored collars?  I never figured that out.  All I know is that
"Jennie" doesn't work, but it hints that there are hidden keys several times.
 'D' when level 12 will bring out the dog catcher. Make sure you've got all
of the special powers.
