I would run YTCONFIG and make sure that any paths set up there exist and
are spelled correctly.

Also, make sure that the BAT file that is running YTMAINT is switching to
the directory that the game resides in before it runs.  Mine looks like
this:

E:
cd\DOORS\YT
YTMAINT

Not sure what OS you are running on, but if it is linux or a version of
windows that allows for file ownership, I would also make sure that all of
the files in that directory are owned by the proper user (i.e. the user ID
that the BBS instance runs under).  I know it is a DOS door but I am nearly
certain the host OS will still enforce file ownership rules.
