Also, make sure that the BAT file that is running YTMAINT is switching to the directory that the game resides in before it runs. Mine looks like this: E: cd\DOORS\YT YTMAINT Not sure what OS you are running on, but if it is linux or a version of windows that allows for file ownership, I would also make sure that all of the files in that directory are owned by the proper user (i.e. the user ID that the BBS instance runs under). I know it is a DOS door but I am nearly certain the host OS will still enforce file ownership rules.
