I talked with Mike, and Doorway can only eliminate 1 status line.  1 & 2
worked for him, but for some reason doesn't on my system.  Weird.

I tried that, but couldn't find much in the way of helpful docs.  It opens a
seperate window that doesn't seem to send anything to the previous windows
output.  I'd guess I just can't run this.  I was hoping to because it has
IBBS functionality.
