It's not so scary. The moderator can always turn off the system with which the
spam entered the network. It is much worse to put on the Internet without
asking what should not be uploaded there.

Yes. Both ways. It can be used as hidden point system, as I use it now, or
technical node like 2:460/256. It works like a tosser.
