that sounds like the BSO (Binkley Style Outbound) format... any tosser that
supports binkley stuffs should work... just remember that they will likely be
limited to only 3D and 4D... no 5D but it is possible as there were some
tossers that did implement 5D capabilities...

3D is zone:net/node  OR  net/node.point

4D is zone:net/node.point

5D is zone:net/node.point@domain where domain is a max of 8 characters with no
dots... this is NOT an internet domain...
