Hi All,

Effective immediately, all posts in the EList echo will be addressed to the 
Moderator of record for that echo. A compromise for no routed netmail perhaps 
{chuckle}. Warnings should work the same, I will verify this on the 15th (too 
many hooks to disable/re-route in order to test, as I do the updates)

Email responses remain unaffected ...
