Attempted to use the .4 version but found issues :

1 Does not offer a location to install
2 Save a .ECO file but I have no idea where but should be in the current users
folder or one predefined during setup.
3 Having saved the .eco file I cannot get back to look at it without a error
report.
4  On trying to LOAD produces an error box/report.

Document - Does it give an understanding where the files are found / stored 
and
change the default location ?
